Job summary

UltaCare Medical is seeking a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) to provide psychotherapy to nursing home residents on-site. You’ll focus on talk therapy while the company handles billing, credentialing, and insurance tasks to reduce administrative burden.

This full-time role offers a salary of $60,000–$70,000+ plus bonuses, flexible hours Monday–Friday, health insurance with dental and vision, PTO, sick time, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or a related field from an accredited university.
• Active LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience with geriatric population preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with facility staff and administration, when appropriate, to provide an integrated patient experience.
• Document visit notes within 24 hours of the visit.
• Provide psychotherapy to patients and occasionally to their families.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to patients.

Job Overview:

UltaCare Medical, a leader in providing on-site healthcare services, is currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential psychotherapy (talk therapy) services to residents of a nursing home. We remove the common burdens associated with many other similar roles. We take care of all billing, credentialing, dealing with insurance, and other administrative tasks. This enables you to focus on what you are trained to do best, provide valuable talk therapy to the nursing home residents.
