Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the St. Louis area to fulfill private lesson requests. We connect you with clients, handle administration, and you run the sessions on your own schedule.

You earn $35 to $50 per one-hour session, paid as a flat rate with payout within 24–48 hours after you submit the lesson briefing. Coaches are independent contractors; no minimum session guarantees.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check arranged by STXZ before receiving full client details.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide whether to take them.
• Conduct sessions at client-approved locations (home, field, park, etc.).
• Submit a brief lesson summary on the platform after each session.
• Maintain professional coaching standards and ensure safety during sessions.
