Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the Murfreesboro area to cover private lesson requests. We provide clients and handle admin work while you coach sessions on a flexible schedule.

Earn $35 to $50 per one-hour session, paid as a flat rate. Payouts occur within 24–48 hours after submitting the lesson briefing. You join as an independent contractor with optional platform liability coverage and no upfront costs.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• Willing to work as an independent contractor.
• Strong communication with parents, players, and STXZ team.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and accept/decline without penalties.
• Schedule sessions with clients at their home, field, or park.
• Deliver coaching sessions with drills, pacing, and structure.
• Submit a brief lesson briefing on the platform after each session.
• Get paid per completed session and manage your own calendar.
