STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the Milwaukee area. We provide clients, you coach on your schedule, whether at home or a local field, with your own pace and professional approach.

You set your rate between $35 and $50 per hour, coordinate directly with families, and are paid within 24 to 48 hours after each session. This is an independent contractor role with no minimum commitments.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level preferred.
• Ability to coach independently without a fixed quota.
• Strong communication with families and players.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide to accept or decline within provided timeframe.
• Conduct private lacrosse lessons at client-specified locations or agreed venues.
• Submit a brief lesson summary on the platform after each session and receive payment promptly.
