Job summary

Purposelink Recruitment in Nashville, Tennessee, seeks a fellowship-trained Adult Reconstruction / Joint Replacement Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established independent group.

The incoming surgeon will build and grow an elective joint replacement practice, perform primary and anterior approach hip replacements, and collaborate with an integrated team as the practice expands and develops a new ambulatory surgery center.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree required.
• MD or DO license required.
• Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction or Joint Replacement required.
• Experience with hip/knee replacement and anterior approach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop an elective joint replacement practice.
• Perform primary hip and knee replacement procedures.
• Perform anterior approach hip replacement.
• Evaluate and manage complex joint conditions.
• Perform revision joint replacement procedures.
• Collaborate with an established orthopedic team and ancillary services.
• Develop relationships with patients and referral sources.
