This opportunity offers dedicated OR block time, Advanced Practice Provider support, and a robust clinical/infrastructure framework to enable a high-volume, patient-centered program.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Illinois medical licensure and hospital privileges eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow an elective orthopedic and total joints practice.
• Lead the orthopedic service line with strong administrative support.
• Collaborate with hospital teams to manage admissions and referrals.

We are seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to establish and grow anelective orthopedic and total joints practice in Williamson County, Illinois.This is a unique opportunity to build a high-volume elective practice from astrong foundation with the support of an established health system, dedicatedAPP assistance, and a collaborative orthopedic team.

• Complex trauma casestransferred to orthopedic traumatology specialists within the health system.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from anaccredited medical school.
• Completion of an accreditedOrthopedic Surgery residency program.
• Board Certified or BoardEligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Eligible for Illinoismedical licensure and hospital privileges.
• Interest in building andgrowing an elective orthopedic surgery practice.
• Comfortable managing alimited amount of acute orthopedic and fracture care.

Preferred

• Fellowship training in AdultReconstruction and Total Joint Replacement.
• Experience developingreferral networks and growing elective surgical volume.
• Strong commitment topatient-centered, high-quality orthoped iccare.
