Job summary

Colonial Life in Long Beach is seeking motivated independent insurance sales representatives to connect with customers and offer voluntary benefits that provide financial protection for life’s unexpected events. You’ll build and nurture relationships with businesses, focusing on enrollment solutions and ongoing account management.

As a Sales Representative, you’ll prospect for new accounts, present to decision-makers, conduct group meetings, close enrollments, and collaborate with other agents.

Qualifications

• Insurance sales and Life & Accident/Health Insurance License.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
