As an independent contractor, you’ll build your own office, assemble a team, educate clients, and work with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to offer comprehensive solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or higher in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance and/or financial services.
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience.
• Licenses required or to be obtained for contract eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established, active book of business and grow across COUNTRY Financial products.
• Educate clients and prospects about products and services.
• Operate as an independent contractor building your own office and staff.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to offer comprehensive solutions.
