COUNTRY Financial® is seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage an established and active book of business. This role offers autonomy to build a rewarding career while serving communities through COUNTRY Financial® products and services.

As an independent contractor, you’ll diversify income across property, casualty, life and health lines, educate clients, and collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors. You’ll also establish an office and staff to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in insurance or financial services.
• 5+ years of ownership or managerial experience.
• Licenses: Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about COUNTRY Financial® products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors to inform clients of financial products.
• Establish an office and build a staff to manage the book of business.
