COUNTRY Financial® is seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage an established and growing book of business across the full line of COUNTRY Financial® products and services.

As independent contractors, agents are in business for themselves but supported by COUNTRY Financial® resources, with the freedom to diversify income, educate clients, and build a local office and staff while delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience.
• Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses may not be required to apply; ability to obtain licenses is essential for contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established and active book of business across COUNTRY Financial products.
• Diversify income through property & casualty, life and health lines.
• Educate clients and prospects about COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients of financial offerings.
• Establish an office and build a staff to support growth.
