Horace Mann seeks an Exclusive Agent to build and lead a personal agency offering a comprehensive multiline product portfolio to educators and school staff. You will leverage cutting-edge technology, market access programs, and dedicated service support to grow your client base and income.

You will focus on relationship-building, presenting tailored insurance and financial solutions, and networking at community events to secure long-term success in a performance-driven role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses (Life and Health, Property and Casualty).
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
