Qualifications

• You must be confident speaking with people.
• You should have basic computer skills and the ability to organize your schedule.
• You must pass a background check.
• A Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one, is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to help them understand insurance and retirement options.
• Educate clients about Medicare, life insurance and retirement solutions.
• Compare options from multiple carriers.
• Assist clients with applications and enrollments.
• Develop new business through ASB marketing programs, referrals and community relationships.
• Provide ongoing service and build a long-term client base.
• This is consultative sales; focus on client needs over a single product.
