Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to empower educators with affordable insurance and financial planning. You will build your own business with support, incentives, and a Premier Service Representative handling client service so you can focus on growth.

This role offers a niche market, cutting-edge technology, and a multiline product portfolio to meet client needs. You’ll network and present solutions to groups and individuals to secure long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life & Health, Property & Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions helping educators achieve affordable insurance solutions and financial security.
• Build market access and strong relationships.
