Job summary

AOM Infusion in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Infusion Nurse, Independent Contractor to provide direct patient care in home infusion settings. You will assess patients, administer therapies, educate families, and coordinate with our in-house RN staff to align with the plan of care.

This role requires RN licensure, CPR certification, and at least one year of home infusion or pediatric infusion experience, with strong communication and clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and CPR certification required.
• Experience in home infusion and pediatric infusion preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; licensed in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' biophysical, psychosocial, and educational needs.
• Provide care per physician orders and plan of care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and infection control.
• Coordinate with in-house RN staff to implement and revise the plan of care.
• Maintain documentation and report changes in patient condition.
