Qualifications

Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience in related scientific discipline or Bachelor’s with 7+ years in related field.
Experience in aseptic mammalian tissue culture and basic molecular biology techniques.
Ability to operate lab equipment with independence and draft technical reports.
Pharmaceutical/biotech CRO experience is desirable; non-PhD applicant accepted.

Responsibilities

Initiates and completes routine in vitro studies, interprets outcomes, and proposes follow-ups.
Designs and executes non-routine cell-based assays and exploratory experiments.
Maintains lab equipment and safety/compliance; writes protocols and reports.
Supports team by training technicians and junior scientists; commits 2–4 weekend hours.
