Qualifications

• RN license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute care, home health, or rehab settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in clients' homes.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home.
