Qualifications

• Current PA RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to travel to cases.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and perform home visits.
• Administer medications, provide wound care and treatments.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Document observations and interventions in EMR.
• Coordinate care with Clinical/Client Services Manager.
