Job summary

Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Start of Care North team. As an RN, you will assess patients, develop care plans, and deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes, supported by an interdisciplinary team.

The role offers independence with a structured schedule (36 hours, Tue–Fri), travel within the MGB geographic area, and onboarding, training, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• At least one year of acute care nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
• Comfort working with various computer systems; experience with handheld clinical devices preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to work with diverse populations
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and electronic
• Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and remain self-directed in unpredictable situations
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Willingness to travel within the MGB Healthcare at Home geographic area

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments and admissions
• Develop and manage individualized care plans
