Job summary

Senior Care Solutions is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled in-home occupational therapy services in Melbourne, FL. The OT will conduct home visits, perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and support patient independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations in the patient’s home.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Provide skilled interventions to improve ADLs and IADLs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and document progress.
