Job summary

Signature Companies is seeking self-motivated Field Consultants to cover the Tri-State regions of North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota. You will work as an independent contractor (1099), schedule surveys, visit properties, take photos and measurements, and prepare loss control reports through the Signature website.

The role is remote from a home office with travel to high-value homes, strong communication skills, and basic tools (smartphone, tablet, laptop) required.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Professionalism and reliability are required for client-facing work.
• Degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site high value property surveys.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements.
• Identify construction materials/characteristics and unique features.
• Generate an estimated replacement value and flag hazards for underwriter review.
