Job summary

Signature Companies is looking for a self-motivated Field Consultant to perform on-site High Value Property Surveys across Montgomery, Preble, Greene and Miami counties. You will work from a home office, schedule surveys, visit properties, take photos, measurements, and report findings to underwriters via our loss control portal.

Ideal candidates are self-directed, possess strong communication skills, have reliable transportation, and can manage assignments independently.

Qualifications

• High level of professionalism.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must have smartphone, tablet and Windows-based PC.
• Reliable vehicle and auto liability insurance.
• BA or BS degree desired.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site high-value property surveys.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements.
• Identify construction materials and unique home features.
• Generate an estimated replacement value and note major hazards.
• Report findings through loss control portal.
