Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a team member to complete weekly plan-o-gram work in a Kroger store environment. You will read plan-o-grams, prepare the area, and reset shelves to updated schematics while maintaining customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, a smartphone with data, and ability to lift up to 70 lbs. You will report to Kroger and supervisors and must work independently when needed.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand plan-o-grams.
• English language fluency required.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a smartphone with internet/data access.
• May require app permissions such as location, camera, and gallery access.
• Provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item product and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections in an orderly manner to allow customers to shop other sections in that aisle.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area.
• Complete forms and report section completion to Kroger and immediate supervisors.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Be professional and helpful when dealing with customers.
• Maintain good relationship with store management team and staff.
• Comply with guidelines for KOMPASS employees (timeliness, productivity, teamwork, communication, clocking in/out).
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
