Trane Technologies is seeking an Independent Fulfillment Analyst to support reimbursement processing, case management, and LSRA approvals within the WorkSight deployment. You will collaborate with Independent Sales Offices to ensure accurate, complete transactions aligned with business requirements.

The role involves applying financial knowledge to approvals, validations, and escalations, plus coaching teammates and managing routine administrative activities with consistency.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years experience in Sales, Order Management, and Fulfillment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10-15%.
• Clear written and verbal communication across stakeholder groups.
• Ability to learn complex concepts and apply policies.

Aufgaben

• Enable administrative processes for the Independent deployment in WorkSight, incl. reimbursements, case management, and LSRA.
• Explain core Equipment Fulfillment concepts, including Revenue Policy, LSRA, Rebalance, Forecast, and the impacts of scope changes on margin, revenue recognition, commissions, and other areas of the business.
• Apply standardized work practices for Equipment Fulfillment to drive consistency across the Independent organization within your scope of responsibility.
• Provide first-level support and coaching; escalate when more advanced coaching is required.
