Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring an Independent Fulfillment Analyst to support reimbursement processing, case management, and LSRA approvals within the WorkSight deployment for Independent Sales Offices. You will ensure transactions and approvals are accurate and aligned with policy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive standardized processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Sales, Order Management, Equipment Fulfillment, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Project Administration, Claims Administration
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to travel 10-15%
• Communicates information effectively to different stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Enable the execution of administrative processes associated with the Independent deployment in WorkSight, including Reimbursements, Case Management, and LSRA
• Understand, apply, and explain core Equipment Fulfillment concepts, including Revenue Policy, LSRA, Rebalance, Forecast, and scope changes impact on margin, revenue recognition, commission and other areas
• Leverage business process standards and best practices for Equipment Fulfillment to drive standardized work across the Independent organization
• Provide first-level support and coaching to Independent teams; escalate for advanced coaching when needed
