Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an Independent Fulfillment Analyst to support reimbursement, case management, and LSRA activities within WorkSight. You will interact with Independent Sales Offices and ensure transactions align with business policies and targets.

The role requires 3+ years in related disciplines, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and travel of 10–15%. You will help drive standard work, coach teams, and communicate complex concepts clearly across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel 10-15%.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• HVAC knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enable administrative processes for Independent deployment in WorkSight (Reimbursements, Case Management, LSRA).
• Explain Equipment Fulfillment concepts including Revenue Policy, LSRA, Rebalance, Forecast, and margin/revenue impacts.
• Drive standardized work across the Independent organization within scope of responsibility.
• Provide first-level support and coaching; escalate when needed.
