Job summary

4Leaf Services, a brand-new agile freight brokerage, seeks elite independent agents who want true autonomy. Operate cradle-to-grave, manage direct shipper relationships, pricing, booking, tracking, dispatch, and paperwork from a remote home office.

Must have at least one active direct shipper and 6 months of 1099 freight agent experience or 2+ years W-2 freight brokerage sales with transferable accounts. No training is provided; you run your business your way.

Qualifications

• Maintain and grow existing relationships with direct shippers.
• Manage the complete load lifecycle: pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload.
• Active Book of Business: Must have at least one active, direct shipper customer ready to move freight on day one.
• Proven Track Record: At least 6 months of verifiable 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience, OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales (with transferable accounts) and carrier dispatch experience.
• Fully Experienced: Zero training is provided. You must know how to price, book, track, and close out loads autonomously.
• Home Office Infrastructure: Must own a reliable computer, a dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet access.
• Location: Must legally reside and operate within the United States.
