Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent or two years related experience.
• Must be able to pass an internal certification program.
• Ability to move levers, shift gears, depress pedals and maneuver steering wheel.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklift as directed and without supervision.
• Read job specifications to determine adjustments and material requirements.
• Position forks and lifting devices under/around pallets and materials.
• Hook tow trucks to trailer hitch and transport loads to designated areas.
• Unload and stack materials; inventory on the floor and supply workers as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance: recharge batteries, lubricate, fuel, and clean.
• Weigh materials and record weights on tags or schedules.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
