W3Global seeks an entrepreneurial Financial Advisor to build an independent practice with support from an established firm. You will manage your client base with access to investment, planning, insurance, marketing, tech, and compliance support in a remote setup.

The role offers a performance-based compensation model designed to reward long-term growth and independence from assigned leads.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, Investment Advisor, or Insurance Agent.
• Existing book of business preferred; strong relationship-building and business development.
• Series 65/66 qualification or willingness to obtain with firm support.
• Relevant advisory, securities, or insurance licenses as applicable.
• Strong communication, relationship management and business development skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to generate business independently.

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow client relationships through networking and referrals.
• Develop personalized financial plans covering investments, retirement, income planning.
• Provide investment advisory and insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships with regular reviews and updates.
• Collaborate with investment, insurance, tax, and legal specialists to address client needs.
• Manage onboarding and practice development while complying with regulations.
