First Command is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor in St. Louis to guide military families toward financial security by delivering comprehensive, long-term planning.

The role emphasizes high-touch client service, relationship nurturing, and ongoing wealth management with a consultative approach. As an independent contractor, you’ll build your own client base, earn through commissions and incentives, and leverage your existing First Command clients to grow your practice while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in financial services with strong client relationships.
• Licenses: Series 7 & 66 (or 6, 63, 65) and Life & Health.
• Experience in portfolio and wealth management; integrate financial products into long-term planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills for long-term engagement.
• Ability to run an independent business with flexible hours and commission-based income.
• Military experience or affiliation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a Trusted Advisor across wealth stages: accumulation, preservation, and legacy.
• Deliver advanced, personalized planning: investments, retirement, tax, insurance, and estate considerations.
• Provide a high-touch client experience with clear guidance and responsiveness.
