This independent contractor role offers the opportunity to work with existing First Command clients, deepen long-term client relationships, and grow your business through a high-touch, consultative approach. As an experienced Financial Advisor, you’ll provide comprehensive guidance across accumulation, preservation, and legacy planning, build trusted relationships within the military community,

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in financial services with a proven client-relations track record.
• Ability to integrate financial products into long-term planning (portfolio/wealth mgmt).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust over time.
• Willingness to run an independent advisory practice with flexible hours and commission-based income.
• Military experience or affiliation strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a Trusted Advisor by identifying evolving financial goals and adjusting plans.
• Develop and implement sophisticated financial plans across investments, retirement, taxes, insurance, and estate considerations for military families.
• Foster long-term client relationships through a high-touch, value-driven service model.
• Build relationships within the local and military community to generate referrals and new opportunities.
• Achieve revenue and growth targets by expanding client engagement and referrals.
