Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking experienced financial advisors across Arizona to move their established client books to an independent, fully portable platform, and to engage clients with tailored strategies that align with their goals under a commission-based, W-2 arrangement with National Life Group.

We offer an open-architecture shelf with a broad multi-carrier marketplace, support for advanced planning for HNW cases, and transition assistance.

Qualifications

• Established client relationships in Arizona, with a book ready to travel.
• 3+ years of experience in financial consulting, financial services, or insurance — or an equivalent production track record demonstrating established client relationships.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Clean or discussable U4/U5 compliance history; no binding non-solicitation, or a clear timeline for expiration.

Responsibilities

• Move established client book to independent platform with 100% portability.
• Engage clients with tailored strategies that align with their goals.
• End-to-end contract-to-first-production timelines: decisions within 14–21 days after legal review; production in 30–45 days.
