Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group seeks experienced financial advisors to move their client books to an independent platform with 100% portability and a team-override on First-Year Commissions (FYC). Arizona-based, with a broad multi-carrier marketplace and open-architecture shelf for National Life Group and partners.

Expect a 14–21 day decision window and a contract-to-first-production period of 30–45 days, with no guaranteed base salary and a performance-based compensation structure.

Qualifications

Active Arizona Life & Health license; SIE plus Series 6/7 and 63/66 registrations preferred
3+ years of experience in financial consulting, financial services, or insurance or equivalent production track record
Established client relationships in Arizona, with a book ready to travel
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills
Clean or discussable U4/U5 compliance history; no binding non-solicitation, or clear expiration timeline
