Job summary

TARGAN Inc. in Lavonia, GA is seeking a Field Service Technician - Intermediate to service customer sites, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance on TARGAN systems.

You will work independently in the field, delivering high-quality service with strong diagnostic skills. You will document actions, communicate with customers, and collaborate with Remote Support and Senior FSTs for complex problems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Electronics, Industrial Systems, Electrical Controls, or related field.
• 2-5 years of field service or related technical experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently in customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and service TARGAN systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor system performance.
• Document service actions and update SROs as required.
• Collaborate with remote support and senior technicians for complex issues.
• Maintain safety practices and travel as required (up to 100%).
