Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician in Atlanta, GA to perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on TARGAN systems at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, execute repairs, and complete documentation to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, the ability to read schematics, and the capacity to work independently in the field. Occasional travel and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Industrial Systems, Electrical Controls, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of field service or related technical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair TARGAN systems at customer sites.
• Install and integrate equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document issues.
• Communicate status updates and service outcomes to customers.
• Complete Service Request Orders accurately and on time.
• Travel up to 100% with possible overnight stays.
