Job summary

Devine Business Group seeks a Field Sales Professional to drive growth in the supplemental insurance space, building relationships with business owners and managers, presenting tailored solutions, and managing a territory with autonomy under an independent contractor arrangement.

With weekly draw pay, uncapped commissions and bonuses, you’ll have flexibility in scheduling and the chance to advance through leadership and mentorship programs while delivering real value to clients and your own

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (training provided).
• 5+ years post-high school experience, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in the territory and drive sales.
• Build deep relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
