Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a 1099 Commercial Risk Field Consultant – WA Seattle. As an independent contractor, you will perform on-site inspections focused on property and general liability for diverse commercial risks such as retail, offices, churches, schools, restaurants, and multi-family buildings.

You will produce clear, comprehensive reports with measurements, photographs, observations and hazard summaries. Weekly payments and per‑assignment fees apply.

Qualifications

• Expertise in construction classifications (ISO Classes 1–6).
• Experience with general liability inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections for commercial risks (property and general liability).
• Prepare clear, concise inspection reports with exterior measurements, photos, observations, and hazard summaries.
• Cover a range of properties including retail, offices, churches, schools, restaurants, and multi-unit buildings.
