Qualifications

• Familiarity with construction classifications ISO Classes 1–6.
• Knowledge of general liability and property coverage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and document exterior measurements and diagrams.
• Take photographs and prepare clear reports with observations and recommendations.
• Summarize current conditions and any visible hazards in concise reports.
• Ensure timely submission of inspection findings to Sedgwick.
