Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a 1099 Commercial Risk Field Consultant to perform on-site inspections in the WA Shoreline area. This independent contractor role focuses on construction classifications and general liability for a broad range of commercial risks.

You will generate clear, comprehensive reports with measurements, photos, observations, and hazard summaries, and you will be paid weekly per completed assignment, with typical fees ranging from 45 to 100 dollars depending on client specifications

Qualifications

• Experience with on-site inspections of commercial risks.
• Knowledge of ISO classifications 1–6 and general liability coverage.
• Ability to produce clear, concise inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections for commercial properties.
• Prepare detailed reports with exterior measurements, photos, observations, recommendations, and hazard summaries.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and scope.
