Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking independent contractor inspectors to expand your portfolio by performing on-site property and general liability inspections for commercial risks across the United States.

You will conduct site visits, produce clear, comprehensive reports with exterior measurements, photos, observations, and risk recommendations. Pay is issued weekly and based on completed reports, typically $45–$100 per assignment.

Qualifications

• Construction classifications ISO 1–6 and general liability knowledge.
• Experience inspecting property and general liability coverage for commercial risks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections for commercial properties.
• Prepare clear, concise reports with exterior measurements, photographs, observations and recommendations.
• Summarize current conditions and any visible hazards in the reports.
