Qualifications

• Prior underwriting experience is desirable.
• Prior inspection experience on residential homes is desirable.
• Experience using Rapid Sketch, Xactimate, CAD or other diagramming programs is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Professionally interact with homeowners and insurance agents.
• Identify and document construction materials and unique features of the home.
