Job summary

Signature Companies is seeking self-motivated Field Consultants to perform on-site High Value Property Surveys across the North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota region, working from a home office and managing schedules independently. You will visit properties, capture photos and measurements, document construction features, estimate replacement values, and report findings through Loss Control 360.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Adjusting a plus.
• Residential inspection experience desirable.
• Loss-control experience desirable.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Professionalism is key.
• Must have smartphone, tablet and personal computer.
• High speed internet and 16mp camera or greater required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Take photos and measurements; note issues for underwriter.
• Visit properties and document construction features; report findings via Loss Control 360.
