Qualifications

• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification required.
• 1+ years HVAC technician experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and Repair: Enter customers’ homes to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems professionally and efficiently.
• Reporting: Build accurate and thorough reports on potential repairs or issues.
• Customer Consultation: Guide homeowners through their options with clarity and confidence — helping them make informed decisions.
• Billing and Payments: Complete invoices with accurate pricing and process customer payments.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Safe Driving: Operate a company vehicle responsibly and professionally.
