Job summary

Welzig Heating and Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems in the Longmont area. Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform upgrades for efficiency.
• Explain services and costs clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and parts used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
