Job summary

Horace Mann invites experienced insurance professionals to join as Exclusive Insurance Agents supporting Branch Insurance. You will offer auto and home products through Branch, while representing Horace Mann life, retirement, and educator-focused insurance solutions.

The role features a 1099 compensation structure with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package, quarterly incentives, and a dedicated service representative to support client service. No external office is required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, sales, and business management skills.
• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships within your community and develop market access opportunities.
• Confidently presenting Branch and Horace Mann solutions to individuals and groups; actively network at events.
• Invest time and resources to build a successful, long-term business.
