Job summary

R3 Continuum LLC seeks diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to join our Charleston network, providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees impacted by disruptive workplace events in South Carolina.

As an independent consultant, you will work on a flexible, case-by-case basis with support through CIR training and an emphasis on community wellbeing and accessible reporting.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of South Carolina (LPC, LMFT, LICSW-CP or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events in Charleston and surrounding areas.
