Job summary

R3 Continuum is seeking diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to expand our crisis response network in Charleston and surrounding areas in South Carolina. You would provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.

As an independent consultant, you will enjoy a flexible schedule, case-by-case engagements, access to crisis response trainings, simple electronic reporting via our mobile app, and supplemental income.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of South Carolina (LPC, LMFT, LICSW-CP or Psychologist)
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of CIR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees after disruptive workplace events.
• Contribute to expansion of the network in Charleston and surrounding areas in South Carolina.
