R3 Continuum, LLC seeks diverse behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support in Asheville and surrounding areas in North Carolina. You will assist organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events and work on a case-by-case basis as an independent consultant.

Independent licensure in NC is required, with English and/or Spanish language ability. A master's degree in mental health is essential, and CIR training is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in the State of North Carolina (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist).
• English and/or Spanish speaking ability required.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by workplace disruption.
• Collaborate with teams to support mental health and crisis response.
• Complete reporting through the mobile app or R3C reporting tools.
