Job summary

R3 Continuum seeks independent behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support in Charleston and surrounding areas of West Virginia. You would work with organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event, serving as a critical resource and crisis responder.

Applicants must be independently licensed in WV (LPC/LMFT/LICSW/ Psychologist) with a master’s degree in mental health, and carry malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of West Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master’s degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and professional liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C’s Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
