Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently coordinate daily study activities and ensure protocol and regulatory compliance. You will partner with patients, investigators, sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to drive high-quality trial execution and enrollment.

The role emphasizes managing complex study visits, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining thorough documentation while advancing site performance and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline is required
• 3–5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience required
• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or cardiology preferred
• CCR CCRC or CCRP or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up to closeout with minimal supervision
• Manage study visit schedules and protocol-related activities to meet timelines
• Lead patient recruitment and retention, including chart review and informed consent discussions
• Conduct protocol-required patient visits and assessments per GCP and site SOPs
• Perform protocol-required clinical procedures and specimen handling as allowed
• Maintain accurate study documentation and CTMS updates
• Ensure high-quality data entry and timely data query resolution
• Serve as primary contact for study participants and coordinate with sponsors/CROs
