Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently coordinate industry-sponsored trials across multiple sites. You will manage visit schedules, ensure protocol compliance, and drive patient enrollment while collaborating with sponsors, CROs, investigators, and internal teams.

The role requires a scientific/healthcare background and 3–5 years of experience, with proficiency in CTMS/EDC systems and strong organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline is required.
• 3–5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience is required.
• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or cardiology areas is preferred.
• CCRC® or CCRP® certification preferred or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply research protocols and clinic policies.
• Proficiency with CTMS, EDC systems, and standard office software applications.

Aufgaben

• Independently coordinate and manage industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up through closeout with minimal supervision.
• Manage complex study visit schedules and protocol-related activities to meet timelines.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention efforts including outreach and enrollment tracking.
• Conduct protocol-required visits and assessments per GCP guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform protocol-required clinical procedures as allowed by regulations and policy.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and timely data entry; resolve data queries.
